Bed was wrapped and packaged well. Super easy to put together. Not sure about the stability or noise as stated in other reviews but it seems sturdy. Waiting for our boxed mattress to expand. Took off one star due to the chipped paint on the headboard (only part that can’t get a replacement piece) of course on the side that will be noticed. But Wayfair gave me 20 refund. The bed is absolutely beautiful and the assembly was easy enough. Unfortunately, when the boxes arrived, the bag containing all the hardware (screws, nuts, bolts, etc,) was not sealed and the pieces were loose in the box. Luckily we did not see any damage to the wood due to hardware scratching it in transit. However, when the box was opened the hardware piece's rolled out everywhere. This item was returned because it is a very deceptive listed item. The picture gives you the impression that it is a full bunk bed set when indeed IT IS NOT. In the SMALL print buried in the description it says top not included. Unless you read every single word you would miss it. I will NEVER use Wayfair again!!
