Sometimes, I wonder whether or not I can trust reviews. But in this case, I’m so glad I did. This couch is everything! Yes, it’s firm, but in a way that reassures this will last a while. I love how deep it is - just enough to still sit up, but also lounge. I was worried about the back being low, but it’s actually wide enough to rest against it. Overall, satisfied with the sofa. Exactly how it looked in the picture. Feels sturdy. Cushion is a little too firm but I understand it’ll take a few weeks to break it in (hopefully). The back height behind the cushion could be a little higher to provide more support. The back cushions are also firm enough to keep the shape better than other sofas we’ve tried, although still needs fluffing from time to time to maintain tailored look.. Chris. Austin, TX.
