This couch seems to be very good quality, well made, and very heavy. The quality is good but the seat is a little high and deep, so my 5' 3" feet barely reach the floor. The reclining features work well but the couch is ultra firm so is not the most comfy couch I've ever had. I'm satisfied with it overall but likely would have chosen something else if I'd had an opportunity to sit in it first. The delivery experience was excellent. The delivery team was fantastic and I love that they assembled so quickly (included with price) and took care of the boxes afterwards.
