I'll give it a wash and/or wipedown once or twice a year and it has continued to hold up really well, despite constant exposure and the decently-harsh winters of Denver. I got the Anautica Oval 6 person oval table (set w/ 6 chairs). We love it. It’s solid teak and came with a kit for sealing and cleaning. We chose to seal ours and it’s just gorgeous! The center piece folds in on itself and stores itself under the rest of the table.
