Only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because there was a small pull of the fabric on one of the arms and the buttons are a bit deceiving in that there are 2 buttons where one button reclines back and the other forward.. so a bit unnecessary to have 2 but it’s not a game changer.. Beautiful chair. It's very comfortable with the lumbar pillow, and has a nice smooth glide. The recline is gentle and quiet. However, the power recline stopped working at one point while fully extended, and I was only able to get it working again by unplugging and plugging it back in.
