Overall I like the look and functionality of this dresser. Took approximately 4 hours to put together but instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. As some of the other reviews mentioned, the drawers are quite loud. Love the rustic color of the wood and love the modern design! It’s a great size. Fits everything perfectly! The height turned out to be perfect, although I was worried about it. The room is small and everything fits perfectly! The top drawers don’t open up all the way like the bottom drawers do, but not a problem. The drawers get stuck sometimes, they don’t close smoothly. Zero build required. I had a drawer get knocked out of the track during shipping but it was an easy fix. No damage. I didn’t want to mess it up further so I contacted supported and they helped me troubleshoot the issue. If I couldn’t fix it, they would have sent someone out to help/replace. Overall, a great dresser. It’s sturdy and attractive. The assembly is tedious but not difficult (repetitive Allen wrench use), but end result is a strong dresser. Surprisingly this dresser came fully put together. Unfortunuately it’s solid wood and extremely heavy to get upstairs. You do not need to buy the assembly service there will be no need for it. This is a well built dresser. Beautiful grain and stain color, and even better yet- it came fully assembled! However, I have never ran to buy replacement hardware faster. The original hardware it came with was weird little pegs which are hard to grip! The drawers are soft close, but because of that there’s some resistance when pulling, and our hands would slip easily with the original hardware.
