Absolutely gorgeous table! I love the matte finish that allows the beauty of the wood grain, knots, and other natural characteristics of the wood to shine. The legs are substantial and look sleek without distracting from the beauty of the tabletop. Delivery was wonderful (thank you, Lathrop team!) and assembly was quick. The only reason for the docked star is that my tabletop arrived with a crack that begins on the edge and extends to the underside of the solid wood top. Amazing Table! We just moved into our new home and ordered the large one and it looks as pictured. As others have mentioned, the table is quite heavy and can be hard to move but there’s no complaints there. The table did have a small chip upon the delivery drivers opening it but we were able to get that handled with customer service easily. Relatively happy with this purchase. As others have mentioned it's two pieces and the top is extremely heavy. The whole thing weighs like 175 pounds and most of that is in the table top so putting it together with two people is probably a good idea. The reason for the 4 stars is that it doesn't look as nice as it does in the photos. Specifically I wanted to get concrete because I wanted a piece that's obviously concrete and shows imperfections to get an industrial/brutalist look. The finish is like a solid gray color that could easily mistaken for painted wood. I actually ended up sanding off some of the finish to get more of the imperfections to show, there's a lighter rougher look when I did that which I think looks better. Sanding probably makes it more susceptible to damage if something spills but I think it was worth it. Not dissatisfied per se, but it looks very different than what the images are on the website and I probably would have bought something else had I known. We’ve been looking for a new outdoor coffee table since our last one was hit by a branch and broke. It’s hard to find aluminum at a reasonable price. It’s finally warm enough for us to put this outside and we’ve been loving it thus far. It was very easy to assemble. The table itself is super light so hopefully it doesn’t get blown away in a windstorm. I wish it was solid, but the weight does make it portable. The table material does have a bit of a sparkle to it, which I was surprised by. So a bit more futuristic than I expected. I really wish there was a matching sofa and chair set to go with it.
