Updating my review after having it almost a year. It's a beautiful, solid looking bed. I used their setup service, so can't comment on how hard or easy it was to set up. The set up guy was sweet, fast & did a great job. Only original issue was strong chemical smell of the linen material on the headboard, which took months to off-gas fully. And now after having it less than a year it's making a strange sound when I move, so that's a bummer. The bed is absolutely beautiful and the assembly was easy enough. Unfortunately, when the boxes arrived, the bag containing all the hardware (screws, nuts, bolts, etc,) was not sealed and the pieces were loose in the box. Luckily we did not see any damage to the wood due to hardware scratching it in transit. However, when the box was opened the hardware piece's rolled out everywhere.
