Overall very happy with this item! The quality is perfect and the dimensions were spot on and delivery of the item was great with communication and allowing to change the window to make sure I was home. The color online is definitely different in person. I originally purchased crypton nomad and online it looks like a purple beige light color - in person it is much darker and has a yellowness to it. I ended up exchanging for the orly natural and am happy with this for my space but same thing the color is off. Online is looks like a light grey/white color and in person it is very grey and darker. I like it for my space so im going to keep it but I do wish they did a better job with the color photos online. Just to reiterate - this is the orly natural color in these photos here. Ashley. Dover Crescent Velvet, 26" H X 105" W X 64" D, Right Hand Facing

Dramatic channel tufting + recessed arms make this wide sofa-and-chaise sectional a sleek modern addition to your living room. Fiber-wrapped foam cushions and sinuous spring seat construction provide ample support to the wooden frame, and the plush velvet upholstery feels sumptuously soft. This sectional is sized to seat up to three people.

Pretty comfortable. Nice and firm like we wanted. It looks high quality, but the feel of the fabric is so-so (and very absorbent -- no stain resistance here I don't think). This color in my home appears kind of taupe-gray in most light. The delivery was quite swift and on-time which was a pleasant treat. Be aware that the back feels even lower because it is such a firm sofa. Also, there is nothing provided to connect the sectional pieces: they are very much just two separate, matching furniture items, not in fact, a sectional. That being said, they are heavy, sturdy-feeling pieces, and they don't move around much.. April. Milwaukee, WI. Sat Dec 14 2024

This couch appears to be high quality and the delivery was smooth with no issues. I’m only docking it a star because it’s not as comfortable as I was hoping it would be (at least right out of the box). It’s definitely on the firm side, so if you’re looking for a couch that’s a cloud and one you’re going to sink into this isn’t that couch That being said, the color is awesome and like I said it seems to be well built.
