I think these chairs are absolutely beautiful, and the quality seemed really good, but if you look very closely at the back view photo, which I unfortunately didn’t (and who would’ve thought to) to ,you’ll see there’s a zipper that loops across the back of the chair. Seemingly with absolutely no purpose. This is one of the strangest design details I’ve ever seen and absolutely ruins the chair. Incredibly disappointing. Pretty comfortable. Nice and firm like we wanted. It looks high quality, but the feel of the fabric is so-so (and very absorbent -- no stain resistance here I don't think). This color in my home appears kind of taupe-gray in most light. The delivery was quite swift and on-time which was a pleasant treat. Be aware that the back feels even lower because it is such a firm sofa. Also, there is nothing provided to connect the sectional pieces: they are very much just two separate, matching furniture items, not in fact, a sectional.
