This pillow arrived in a tightly plastic wrapped, square-ish package. I honestly did not think it was the bolster pillow...but it was! I removed it from the packaging and attempted to fluff it, without much success. I let it sit overnight and it did improve, but it is not yet in a cylinder shape. I am not holding out much hope, but I may toss it in the dryer for more fluffing. Meanwhile, the pillow color is exactly what I wanted, which is great. I am using it inside for my lounge area. It is a Sunbrella fabric, too, so I know it will be durable. The cover is zippered, so it can be removed to be washed, if necessary. My sometimes dirty German Shepherd hangs out there and Ive washed it a few times to freshen it up and it washes well.
