I had measured prior to purchasing and was surprised by the size upon arrival. It has a larger look. Well made and has a rubber seal to keep the moisture out of light socket area. I have a colored bulb in there that I can change with the holiday or season. The pic doesnt really show its unique beauty. I was looking for something to light up the steps. Light is bright and perfect for what I wanted. Its made for the outdoors. I live in Northern Minnesota, so well see how it holds up under a covered porch, so not totally out of the weather elements.
