This rug is very soft and high quality. It makes our living room pop. The only thing I don’t like is that it sheds pretty bad. We’ve had it out for ~3 weeks and it needs vacuumed every 3 days and fills our vacuum up twice before it’s done. Hopefully the shedding is less over time. For now the vacuuming is worth it. Really happy with our custom length runner, good quality with thick pile. That said, there are a couple spots where there was a mild defect --gunky residue on the surface I was able to cut off and a hard lump within the rug, at the base of the pile.
