Overall I like the look and functionality of this dresser. Took approximately 4 hours to put together but instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. As some of the other reviews mentioned, the drawers are quite loud. The chest is fine, but be aware that it is 42” wide and 32” tall NOT 42” tall by 32” wide as specified on the website when I ordered. It had the height and width reversed. I altered the company of the website error (including sending a photo showing the dimensions of the one I got) more than a week ago, but it has not been corrected as of the date of this review. Gorgeous dresser! It came fully assembled, just had to screw in the feet. Its is solid wood and super heavy. The hardware is the perfect brass color, not like a fake gold. The craftsmanship is high quality, it is very well made, the rattan is flawless. It has so much interior space! My other dresser was actually a little bigger but this can hold more. There is a lot of color variation in the wood grain. The description doesnt say what type of wood but it looks like maybe poplar or mango wood.
