Clean lines, modern look. This writing desk features tapered, flared legs that bring a hint of mid-century style to your home office. Kiln-dried wood comes in a distinctive finish, while three felt-lined dovetailed drawers provide stash-away space for various supplies. The spacious, rectangular desktop is perfect for your laptop and a lamp.

Definitely NOT “acorn” colored. This is a dark cherry or mahogany red stained piece of furniture. I am extremely disappointed in how it looked in the photos and how NOT light brown it is. I think the manufacturer either sent me the wrong color or they significantly changed the stain without communicating it to All Modern. That being said, it is great quality, solid, and easy to put together. I won’t be returning because of the cost of the rerun since there was no damage due to shipping. Customer service was able to give me a credit, thankfully, but so far I’m getting a good impression as a first time customer.. Anonymous. US. Tue Feb 21 2023

The quality is more a 3-star, but added a star as the style of the dresser looks nice and is what I expected. The interlocking system made some jangling chain sounds when opening and closing the drawers. I had to diy/macgyver the locking system by putting in some adhesive cushion to curb some of the jangling noise;,which was annoying; but ultimately I got it to where I was happy with that sound so that’s good. There are also a couple of chips in the paint or lacquer of the drawers which isn’t awesome, but not too noticeable. I got this dresser for 20% of the original price — would want to pay anymore for it.. Mallory. Novato, CA. Sat Mar 29 2025
