I mulled over buying this for a couple months and finally pulled the trigger. I have no regrets, it’s beautiful, sturdy, lots of storage, well made. Reminds me of the Lane Brutalist design.. Pk. Sun Mar 22 2026

Soft curves, strong presence. Our sideboard blends a sculptural mid-century profile with fluted solid mango-wood doors. Rounded edges, combined with chunky pedestal-style legs, artfully balance warmth + weight. Hidden shelves organize all the essentials. Block hardware adds a touch of edge.

The cabinet is beautiful but my first side board had multiple areas of where they touched it up with stain very noticeable. And a visual blemish right in front of the cabinet. I reported it and it was replaced.. Steph. Washington Mi. Sat Dec 06 2025

Three drawers with dovetail joints and ball-bearing glides provide space to tuck away clutter, and the cabinet offers two larger compartments. Had several issues out of the box. The frame at the bottom was coming apart, and in the process pulling the doors out of alignment. There was a broken chip near one of the door hingers. Several cracks in the side and top. Since it would be a hassle trying to return it, and I plan on using it as a printer stand, I've patched it up myself and added some screws to hold the bottom together. But what I received was either very poorly made or horribly beat up in transit.. Todd. Bloomington, IL. Tue Sep 10 2024

Our cabinet arrived very timely. So well-packed, it took us an hour to get the cabinet out of the packing. Tried to put the legs on ourselves, but the holes for the screws had not been drilled properly on one side. We engaged an Angi installer, who drilled new holes. I asked him to look at a loose hinge on one door, He said both hinges were bent, one broken, probably during packing. We are awaiting new hinges, which will arrive in about a month. I'm not detailing this to discourage anyone from purchasing, just to give a heads-up on what to look for. The cabinet is beautiful, very heavy, and I'm still glad I bought it.. Nancy. Phoenix, AZ. I ordered a sideboard from Allmodern. First delivery the item was damaged and I did not accept delivery. The wood was cracked and peeling away on the bottom of the unit in a very visible area. There was alot of back and forth about whether another unit was available. I finally received a replacement. It too was damaged with some small gouges in the wood of the doors and around the edges. The wood was chipped along the bottom edge above the leg. There were a few red streaks like sharpie marker on the side of the unit. One door was not attached but the delivery men were able to fix it. There was a lot of rearranging of existing furniture to make room for the new piece which had to be put back while waiting for the replacement. Didn’t want to go through it a third time so I accepted the second piece at a 20% discount. Still had to pay over $1400 for damaged goods. I guess it’s not realistic to think that a new piece of furniture should arrive in good condition. I do like the piece of furniture but would expect undamaged goods and much less hassle. The delivery men were very professional and helpful.. Colette. Carlisle, PA. Tue Jun 23 2026
