The side awning arrived quickly (fast shipping - thanks Wayfair) and I was able to unbox it today (76 degrees in Pittsburgh on Nov 6th - crazy). Item was packed very nicely and was wrapped to protect all the parts during shipping. UnBoxing was a breeze and all the parts and the manual to assemble were included. The summer season has ended in Pittsburgh, so I did not install it, but I did check it out and it looks amazing Love the color (more importantly- my wife loved the color) and the hardware was solid.
