The symbol of the tranquil Canary Islands is a majestic palm tree, reaching as much as 65 feet, with a crown of leaves spanning all around. Tenerife, the largest of the islands, is host to the majority of these exotic, native palms. The Ignacio Bath Collection captures their tropical beauty through intricate details. The fine crosshatching that adorns the handles and base mirrors the lush diamond shape on the palm’s trunk. Circular accents on the spout complement the striking effect. Tenerife captures the feeling of a faraway isle in a physical form.

Dinner tables tend to accumulate paper, from napkins to place cards to the odd scribbled note, and this holder gives all of it one tidy home. Marble makes it heavy enough to stay put when someone reaches across, and the veining means every piece looks a little different. Small footprint, so it earns its spot between the salt and the candles.

Beauty is defined by a combination of qualities that please the aesthetic senses, especially the sense of sight. These are the same qualities that perfectly describe the Terrell bath collection. Flow and form, straight contours, and curves combine to create a sense of dynamism and movement. The fine arc of the faucet is juxtaposed with a selection of handles from perfect circles to crisscrossing lines to right-angled levers, all enhanced with beautiful detailing that pays homage to the form. Beauty is something that can be elusive and rare, yet Terrell achieves that accolade with ease.

The Linwood Bath Collection is inspired by the astronomical phenomenon when our two planetary luminaries align. Eclissi, Italian for the eclipse, projects a clean, modern beauty. The subtle curve of the neck is accompanied by handles with inner and outer circles emulating the meeting of the sun and moon. Each circle is available in a choice of four finishes, with 16 design possibilities for a bespoke approach to match personal style. A choice of two spout designs adds to the stellar options. Unlike their celestial inspiration, these faucets are never obscured; instead, they’re designed to shine in whatever space they make their own.

One of the winning features of the loop paper towel holder is its stability. The stainless steel base is weighted and the underside is rubberized so that it stays securely in place without slipping. Two springs on the central pole hold the kitchen roll securely in place. This means that sheets can be torn off with one hand – without toppling the paper towel holder. The tip of the stainless steel arm has a plastic coating to prevent the paper from tearing.
