love how stylish this cafe is! and the dimensions are great, so that it does not take up a lot of space in the fridge. great functionality too, as there is zero drip when you pour. perfect for my brewed iced tea! the only downside is the price. ideally, this would only cost $25 max. i bought my first one abt 2y ago for abt $32 (including tax). now having to replace it, as it just broke today. price is now abt $43. WAY too expensive for a cafe. the other downside, which i discovered today, is how fragile the glass is. it was drying in my counter dish rack, which i bumped, and the cafe fell onto my counter (butcher block) and shattered. for such a high price, i expect it NOT to break so easily. if the price goes any higher, i'll have to look for an alternative if i have to replace again.. One of the winning features of the loop paper towel holder is its stability. The stainless steel base is weighted and the underside is rubberized so that it stays securely in place without slipping. Two springs on the central pole hold the kitchen roll securely in place. This means that sheets can be torn off with one hand – without toppling the paper towel holder. The tip of the stainless steel arm has a plastic coating to prevent the paper from tearing.
