Very happy with the design and quality of the fixture, and it provides just the right amount of light over my dining table. However I was disappointed to find there were only two vertical rods included. One is 12" and the other is 6" providing only 18" of length from the ceiling. It took a while before my contractor had a chance to installed it and we found that the light could be defective as it could not be turned off (only became very dim) or turn up as bright as a normal lamp . It also flickered randomly every now and then. Unfortunately by the time we found out about the problem, it passed the date for return. I guess I am stuck with a lemon. I really like the chandelier. However, I was concerned that it would be too tall according to the dimensions shown on the site. I even called your customer service to see if it could be shortened and I was told no it couldn't. I bought it anyway and brought it to a lamp repair shop to see if they could shorten it. Imagine our surprise when we opened the box and saw that the light hung down with three threaded rods. I was able to eliminate one rod to get the height I wanted.
