The damage is not great enough to bother sending it back, especially since the box it arrived in is falling apart. We were able to manually straighten it out. Overall, its a decent tree for its price. Some of the finish on the center pole of each section was missing when we opened the box, it'll probably continue to deteriorate with age. I bought this at the end of the Christmas season for our next Christmas in 2022. I did take it out and set it up to make sure it was what I wanted. It set up very easily and it was what I wanted. It has an appearance of a more realistic tree shape and the lighting on the tree looked great. I didn’t put ornaments on it because I was just making sure I was going to keep the tree, but I like the sparseness of the branches and I think ornaments will hang nicely on it. It does come with wheels attached to the basestand, which is pretty clever if you need to move the tree around a bit, but it increases the height of the tree. I ended up taking the wheels off of the stand which was easy to do. I gave the tree a rating of 4 because I think the price of the tree is a bit much, but with the Wayfair credit card and no interest plan, it makes it affordable to pay on it monthly.. Sandy. US.
