I've read a lot of reviews before purchasing this table which I was nervous about since most hated the size and said it was flimsy and cheap looking. Firstly, I disagree with people that give this table 1 star because it's small and looks like a toy. All the sizes are advertised so one shouldn't fault the table for that. It's true though that the table is very compact but it's all relative. I have very low outdoor couches so this was a perfect fit. It could have been a tad wider but alas. Relatively happy with this purchase. As others have mentioned it's two pieces and the top is extremely heavy. The whole thing weighs like 175 pounds and most of that is in the table top so putting it together with two people is probably a good idea. The reason for the 4 stars is that it doesn't look as nice as it does in the photos. Specifically I wanted to get concrete because I wanted a piece that's obviously concrete and shows imperfections to get an industrial/brutalist look. The finish is like a solid gray color that could easily mistaken for painted wood. I actually ended up sanding off some of the finish to get more of the imperfections to show, there's a lighter rougher look when I did that which I think looks better. Sanding probably makes it more susceptible to damage if something spills but I think it was worth it. Not dissatisfied per se, but it looks very different than what the images are on the website and I probably would have bought something else had I known. We were looking for the perfect size couch for an upstairs covered porch and this fits perfect. Says 10 minutes to assemble but that’s after reading the instructions, and factoring in and subtracting every time you drop a washer or nut or bolt. Cushions are firm and comfortable. Worth the cost. I was afraid of buying without trying. Other reviews helped us decide. Pictures show without cushion as we tried different locations. Final location (for now) with cushions.. Maureen.
