I would give this product 5 stars except the 12” length of the matching metal cord cover leaves a lot of the cord exposed. This is not clear from the picture of the product. It looks odd with only 12” of the cord covered. The sconce is great but the cord cover needs to be longer or have the option to add more coverage. This sconce is really elegant and well priced. I love that the switch is positioned in a hidden but convenient spot, and the swing arm is smooth. The whole thing feels sturdy and looks great and lights up my reading corner. I will say that installing is sort of annoying, since you need the wall screws to be VERY close to the wall so the weight of the arm doesn’t shift the whole light.
