The dimensions from floor to bed are inaccurate from the product description. The bed slats are too far apart to adequately support any high-end memory foam mattress like Casper or Purple. I had to add 11 extra slats to achieve proper support for the mattress. There is very little real wood on this bed which explains the low price. Still a pretty bed. Bed is somewhat easy to assemble. There was some damage on the frame from the installers or already there before it was put together.
