I'll give it a wash and/or wipedown once or twice a year and it has continued to hold up really well, despite constant exposure and the decently-harsh winters of Denver. After almost one year, this table is holding up well. The first table delivered was damaged and after sending photos, AllModern helped with replacement impressively fast. The table that I received was not exactly the same as that in the image of the product page -- the table I received has much more rounded corners with curved overall shape than the more rectangle shape. Having said that, it is holding up well in the Pacific NW rain -- I keep it covered. The edges can dent easily if you bang it with chairs when pushing the chairs in. The table is 75" long, so every guest can snag a spot. The eight chairs have white plastic bucket seats that are supported by tapered and splayed legs with white-capped feet for a hint of mid-century modern style. Partial assembly is needed when this set arrives.
