I purchased two sets (One blueone grey) of the Noritake Colorstax Strip 12-piece sets. I’m glad I did because they far exceeded my expectations upon opening the box! They are a hearty weight and beautifully kilned as not a single blemish either in the porcelain or the meticulously done glazing and paint. Each color has an hombre effect that I didn’t even notice in the pictures that actually amps up the overall beauty of the collection. Clean eating. This serving platter features a raised lip that’s designed to help it stack neatly, for tidier cabinets and minimalist open shelves. Crafted from dishwasher-safe stoneware, it’s glazed inside + matte outside, emphasizing its organic texture while staying easy to wash.

The color of the serving dish is modern and true to the picture. It’s a nice, plastic serving platter. My only issue is that the attached gold colored rim has a very visible seam welded or glued together. I assumed the rim was smooth all the way around with no visible seams from the picture on line..
