We love this lamp. It was immediately apparent that it was of a much higher quality than similar, cheaper lamps, and very much worth the price. Attaching the post to the base was a challenge. The included wrench was nice, but awkward given the limited angle afforded by the base. I had a very hard time getting the post tight and perpendicular to the base. The whole thing feels sturdy and looks great and lights up my reading corner. I will say that installing is sort of annoying, since you need the wall screws to be VERY close to the wall so the weight of the arm doesn’t shift the whole light.
