These chairs are beautiful. The lines are unique and the chair stands out. The chairs are light weight and seem sturdy; time will only tell. I deducted a star because of two things. One, the seat pad color is bleh. It’s not tan, not cream, kinda taupe but with a hint of yellow in it. That said, it’s still neutral and works. You could recover them easily if it is a turn off but you like the frame. Secondly, three of the nine chairs they sent were damaged (I ordered 6). Two were definitely damaged due to shipping (lots of outer box damage), but one was a joint issue that was a manufacturing defect. Things I like 1. the way tension is applied when leaning backwards 2. Arm is super adjustable Things I dont like 1. You cant tilt the back to an chosen angle like other office chairs. You have to lean on the back to make the back tilt 2. Hard to see on the stock picture, but the cilindar connecting the chair to the wheel platform actually prochudes towards ground. Its tip is very closed to the ground and it will hit the ground if you have a carpet underneath. Things I regret 1. I wish I bought the version which has seat tilting 2.
