The bed is absolutely beautiful and the assembly was easy enough. Unfortunately, when the boxes arrived, the bag containing all the hardware (screws, nuts, bolts, etc,) was not sealed and the pieces were loose in the box. Luckily we did not see any damage to the wood due to hardware scratching it in transit. However, when the box was opened the hardware piece's rolled out everywhere. Zero build required. I had a drawer get knocked out of the track during shipping but it was an easy fix. No damage. I didn’t want to mess it up further so I contacted supported and they helped me troubleshoot the issue. If I couldn’t fix it, they would have sent someone out to help/replace. This is a STUNNING dresser. Solid wood, VERY heavy and hefty! I love that it was shipped with its handles tucked away on the inside of the dresser to prevent damage. Was not expecting much going into the purchase, but came out pleasantly surprised by the quality. The fit and finish is top tier; there aren't any squeaks, rattles, panels of spec etc. The color in the pictures are very accurate, and the finish of the wood is smooth with no imperfections.
