I used my first Wusthof knife for 20 years. It was the sharpest knife I had ever used. I loved the way it sliced through the vegetables I chopped. I am looking forward to using this replacement knife for however long the Lord leaves me on this earth! Be very careful when using yours. . . I have cut my left hand and fingers numerous times. . . it is almost a family joke. I do try to remember to use my cut glove and metal finger shield!
