I would give a 0 (Zero) rating if possible. The pot was left on my front porch in the original Staub box which was ripped and taped all over with some brown shipping tape to hold the box together instead of shipping the item with its original box in a properly sized shipping box with styrofoam or bubble wrap to protect the item from damages. From the looks of the damaged product box, the item appears to have been a previous returned item as well. I am a long time Wayfair Customer but extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the lack of quality control, and proper shipping of products especially products like a heavy cast iron pan. I will be requesting a return & refund but should not be held responsible for any return shipping fees due to Wayfair's faulty and unacceptable shipping practice.
