What a lovely little pot. I got the deep red color- Gorgeous.

Love this little guy! I use it everyday !!!!! Its perfect for small portions and. Cook it in low temperature. For cleaning - always let it soak. If I have food stuck I always baking soda and vinegar and let it soak and it comes off easily with the soft side of Scrub Mommy sponge.

Fabulous pot. I’ve been using cast iron pots for years and this pot is FAR superior to my old pots which are a French brand. I can’t wait to purchase more Staub pots to complete a set.

I love to baked garlic and mushrooms in the beautiful pot.

It was a good purchase, as I have been looking around for one, but Wayfair had the lowest price I can find. I like this French Oven, which I use to cook rice. I haven't used it for other recipes, such as soup, but I intend to. It's not large so it's not suitable for cooking a large amount, but it's a good size for 2-3 people.
