Love, love, love my little French oven. The quality is right on par with what you expect from Staub and it cooks things evenly and efficiently. I usually use it when I'm going to finish things in the oven or if I'm making any seafood boils, like mussels. Cooks everything perfectly and since it's just me and my husband this size is great for us.
