When I opened the box, I was nervous because there was a black plastic piece that was broken into a million pieces. Luckily, it was on the bottom of the main piece I needed to put the base into the vase. However, because the vase was bent, it was hard to get it in. But, it all worked out fine. I changed the rocks out to blue. Careful when you are fluffing the leaves, if you bend too hard, they can rip at the seams.

I ordered 2 of these with the white base. I received 2 with the brown base. Wayfair issued a replacement order and I received 2 more with the brown base. Wayfair issued another replacement order and again I received 2 more with the brown base. Each time I asked them to be sure to have someone look inside the boxes to make sure the correct color base was being shipped and I was assured this would be taken care of. I have now received the wrong color THREE TIMES. It has been a month since I ordered this product and tomorrow I will be taking 2 large boxes to a Fedex drop for the THIRD time. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MANUFACTURER.
