Would rate this a 5 except that it arrived with a significant scratch. Will be keeping it because it is the side that faces the wall so it won't be as obvious. Otherwise, it is very sturdy and of good quality. The finish is exactly what I wanted and the design is spot on. Delivery was fast. However, the parts were just thrown into one box with no padding so it is no wonder the faucet was damaged.

Shower arm arrived damaged. Bo way to replace just that part and not return entire set. I painted it but disappointed with quality control. The rest of the shower os fine.
