Le Creuset Signature Enameled Cast Iron Braiser with Lid

Love cast iron but hate the maintenance of constantly greasing the surfaces. This is the perfect marriage of easy to clean finish and cast iron durability.

I always wanted want of these braisers. Le Creuset is top notch.

The braiser itself if great, but why not pack it better I had both original and replacement items damaged the exact same way a lid rim was scratched against the base part of the pan. Adding some more of cardboard would solve the problem.

Wayfair offered an amazing price. When it arrived it was in perfect condition, which is something the braiser sometimes suffers from due to the weight of the lid. The pan itself is phenomenol. Braised short ribs are simply incredible from this pan. Something about it helps my recipes taste better.
