I’ve only had this handle installed for a month and it already has a chip in the finish. No harsh cleaning products were used and nothing has bumped the handle. Very disappointing for such an expensive item to show wear so quickly.

This is the second cross handle from Kohler that I ordered, I love it! I got one for my guest bathroom and loved it so much that I ordered another for the master shower. The quality is great and the handle is sturdy and thick metal- it doesn't feel flimsy whatsoever. It makes your bathroom feel like a spa!
