Seems to work fine. For this amount of money I was not expecting something so "plasticy" in appearance and feel. We were forced to go with this one as our fixtures are biscuit (off white) and not many manufacturers make this color.

100% recommend. Very pleased with how easy to install. Thinking about adding more of these in the house. Does require 110v power so make sure you can install an outlet nearby.

Item arrived ith a Badly Scratched Toilet Seat Lid due to packaging inside was "loose" A Metal Part was jiggling around during transit and made a mess of the Plastic Seat.Upon contacting Wayfair via Internet I was Offered 2 Options.1.A 20% Discount or 2.A Replacement which is absurd as i want a Full refund,why attemt to keep my money,are you hungry or dishonest?
