Perfect size and great quality! I would definitely order again. The tree feels and leaves oks realistic.

My order arrived on time, and it was easy to assemble. However, the plant doesn't look like the picture. The branches are spread out much wider not what I see in the picture when I purchased it. Honestly I'm very disappointed.

If the tree I received looked more like the picture, I would have kept it. I purchased the 5-foot tree and it was too bare / skimpy for my liking. Perhaps another attachment or two would have filled it out. Or perhaps additional branches / leaves on the existing attachments. I think the 6.5 foot version would have been a better fit, I’m just not sure and I didn’t want to go through the hassle of ordering / returning another tree. As for the return, I will compliment J&M for making the return process relatively easy. (I was not happy with the amount of $$$ charged for return shipping, but I guess I can understand.)

Good price and looks nice. Really perked up a corner of my office.
