I absolutely love the toaster however, the copper color just doesn’t do it for me. I i’m trying to figure out a way to get a gold color more like the picture. Had the copper not been so bright, this toaster would have received a five star from me. As you can see from the photo, it is a lot brighter than the actual photo on the website. UPDATE…7 months later one side lost its spring and does not work. Warranty from company is you need to send it back at your expense. Too expensive so now its a piece of junk

This toaster toast one side and hardly toasts the other. I have to flip the bread to get both sides toasted evenly. Its brand new. I got rid of my other toaster because it only toasted one side. Seems the cheep ones work better than the expensive ones.
