Only one star because it looks cute. But it feels very cheap especially for being a higher priced toaster. The metal "HADEN" logo is actually a metal coated sticker that is already peeling off and it makes it look very flimsy. The toaster does not do a good job toasting bread either because one side of the bread will be barely toasted and the other side will be almost burnt. Disappointed in this purchase, wish I would have had time to return it but I missed the deadline.
