We are a family of 6 and have had our maxi gathre mat for about 6 or 7 years ago. We use it for picnics, baseball games, and have used it for plenty of outdoor parties- gift area or baby mat. This year the material started to crack all throughout. This isn’t a cheap mat- I got it for my birthday years ago and hoped it would last the duration of my kids childhood. Sad it’s falling apart.

I got this with my first baby and ended up using more like a play mat on the go and for park play dates etc and have used it so much! It folds up easily and is so simple to wipe clean! Everyone needs one in their diaper bag!
