Fast and efficient

Great mschine! Do your resesrvh on WHERE to ñut the settings- important. I find this machine is excellent for cappuccinos and I set my grind on 4 and my dose level dial on 19 line, or just before 20. If you do some research on how to make these you can really figure it out. I find it's a little bit too much water for an Americano but you can just take the cup out before all the hot water goes into the espresso that is your choice and you can do whatever you want. I love this machine and I make cappuccinos all the time.. the milk frother is excellent, the wand works well and you must rinse and clean the tip and run the steam through it after each use so the milk doesn't get caked on. The little nib unscrews and you can wash it out under running water with soap. Again there are instructions and I would look at videos on how to use this machine - there are many on Youtube or elsewhere. The machine is high quality heavy durable and is like anything Italian, (lol, I'm Italian) needs the "finesse" of learning how to do it. I am very happy with my purchase.

Poor quality. The selector knob is attached with thin plastic tabs. It broke on the third day of use.

If you like expresso like me, that’s the perfect one for you, not to big and you will enjoy your cappuccino, Americano, expresso, latte every day. So happy

At first look-it was so intimidating that I did not try it for days after arrival. Manual included was a little unclear. I watched many on line videos on how to use tried it this morning for first time. Espresso was wonderful. I am still learning-but so far very happy.

I received my coffee machine and was damaged, broken, refurbished. Wasting my time to deal with wayfair and the manufacturer to return this item and took one month to resolve this issue. I don’t recommend to buy this product.

Stopped working after 1 year of light use and proper up keep.
