I’m very happy with this bedskirt! The fabric is a very nice linen. The piece that lays on top of the box spring is also fabric which is hard to find at a reasonable price. Recommend this bedskirt to anyone looking for the perfect balance between quality and price.

I had to return because we decided to bunk the twin beds. Whew! It was easy. We did have to drive to Orlando, but once there it was quick and my refund has already been processed.

The fabric is a little thin and the hem is small, so this is a basic bedskirt. I needed a soft ivory and this is just that, not too yellow. Overall, well made, but the fabric could be thicker, so less see through and the hem could be larger, both would give it a more expensive look.
