Upholstered Sofa With Storage And Tray Ottoman

The Ottoman arrived without holes in one corner piece making it impossible to put the leg on. While they acknowledged it was a defect and would send me another, the requirements were a big hassle. They wanted it in the original packaging or something similar (I had already flattened and recycled the box), then they expected me to bring it to a FedEx. I explained that I could not lift the heavy piece on my own and so they said they would have FedEx pick it up. However, they would not allow me to use the box the new piece would come in for the old one. When I asked if they would send a tech to drill holes as it seemed such a waste to have to ship and return the defective one, they said I had to find the person and they would only pay 20%!

It's a sturdy and quite large piece of furniture compared to the photos. The finishes are high quality, as is the fabric it's made of.

Okay, this sofa says denim. It's not. It's a blue fabric with black running through it. I like this better than denim for my office. The seat is somewhat firm, but I think it's softening. I wish that the arms were a little higher and thicker. Overall, it's a really cute sofa, and I got it for a great price. Sorry, these photos were for other purposes, so they don't show the sofa up close.

It is a sturdy piece with great fabric and cushioning. No sag.
