Rudi Loveseat Living Room Set with Storage Ottoman

Great well constructed ottoman

True to the images online. I love the color and the ability to swap out the top is very cool.

Good quality for the money.

This arrived today and is quite nice looking but arrived damaged in three places. The wood corner on the bottom was completely smashed and there are two stains on the fabric!

The Ottoman arrived without holes in one corner piece making it impossible to put the leg on. While they acknowledged it was a defect and would send me another, the requirements were a big hassle. They wanted it in the original packaging or something similar (I had already flattened and recycled the box), then they expected me to bring it to a FedEx. I explained that I could not lift the heavy piece on my own and so they said they would have FedEx pick it up. However, they would not allow me to use the box the new piece would come in for the old one. When I asked if they would send a tech to drill holes as it seemed such a waste to have to ship and return the defective one, they said I had to find the person and they would only pay 20%!
