I was so tired of buying a new set of pans every so many years, but those days are over with Caraway’s Enamel Cast Iron cookware. Absolutely LOVE this Cast Iron Skillet. 🍳 Perfect for our Sunday brunch! Cook at medium heat or lower after the 90 second preheat. Best money option!

I used it for the first time yesterday to sear a steak before putting it in the oven. I bought this to replace an old cast iron skillet. This one seared just like I hoped it would. After cleaning it, there were some white spots left behind. I an hoping that is nothing worrisome. Thank you!

I haven’t used it yet but based on the other products that I have purchased, I have high hopes that this will become my new favorite pan! Before Caraway I would always use my cast iron for everything! After buying a house with my first glass top stove, I stopped using my OG cast iron pan to avoid scratching the surface. When I saw that Caraway had made a cast iron collection I had to hop on it as soon as I could!
