Product was broken upon arrival primarily where the white screw holds the electrical line together. It's a beautiful piece in all reality it would look great in our home. We bought two. One worked fine the other didn't. When I went to adjust the line the white screw that holds the electrical line at the correct length of measurement together the screw that came with the lamp simply won't thread. They also do not provide a tool for you to adjust the line yourself. You have to hope you have a flathead screwdriver small enough to adjust it. They really need to fix that. Additionally you have to know what "N," and "L" means which you can find with a cursery google search. It is poorly marked to see which is your hot/neutral lines for installation.
I give the design, look, and the cloth material a 4.5 star. However, my experience with the packaging, the poor quality of the translucent/white screw, and also the terrible shipping protection bring this down to a two star for me.
Purchase at your own risk. It will look awesome in your home.
PS-I unfortunately destroyed my box before testing the lamp. Keep yours so you can get a refund. AllModern would not refund me or give me a partial refund for a broken product.
