Mallory Hand-Tufted Marine Blue Rug

Beautiful, rich color. Exceptional cushion. Feels wonderful under my feet!

High quality, 100% wool. Laid flat upon unrolling. No corners were sticking up. Super fast delivery. Overall great experience. Love the color.

I like the look of this rug, but VERY disappointed with its qaulity. It arrived with a strong unpleasant smell that honestly resembles mildew. On top of that, the shedding is extreme. I vacuumed it many times, and every single time the vacuum container was completely filled with loose fibers. The worst part is that the fibers are barely secured to the rug itself. You can grab almost any strand and pull the entire piece out very easily. It feels poorly made and low quality overall. I would not recommend this rug.

As other reviewers have mentioned, this thing sheds like crazy. I’m hoping it gets better with time and lots of vacuuming other than that the color is beautiful (I got the rust orange/red) and it’s soft and thick!

The only problem I have with this rug is the color. I don't know if other reviewers on here are lying or what but the color of the rug I got doesn't come close to the rich vibrant rust, orange reddish color that's in the advertised photos. See my attached photo. I kept the rug but very disappointed in the color. I tried taking photos in a bunch of different lighting to so you can get an idea of what it looks like. I even tried to darken the room to make it look like the advertised photos. Also I have a rust colored through blanket I compared it too. Hope this helps future buyers. If they don't have pics then don't trust the reviews about the color.
