I love the color and the blade and the weight and the size. I had in mind a longer blade but this was better than I thought.

Love these knives! Great quality and beautiful colors.

Extremely NICE!!!

I have owned Wüsthof knives since 2003, and these are the only knives I will ever own. They are expensive, but the quality and craftsmanship are worth every penny. Plus, they are guaranteed for life. The handle of my Classic 7" Hollow Edge Santoku cracked. I returned it and was sent a new one. In this world of planned obsolescence, Wüsthof produces quality products and stands by them. I am a lifelong fan.
