The weight was perfect. It feels exceptionally designed, and I love the riveting handle, added protection of handle and blade.. Kari Morrison. Portland Oregon. Tue Apr 21 2026

The WÜSTHOF utility knife is smaller than a chef's knife but larger than a paring knife, making it the perfect knife for a magnitude of tasks. A utility knife is much like a versatile paring knife and is perfect for mincing shallots, onions, and herbs as well as cutting vegetables or small meats. The handles will bring a smile to your face every time you pull out your cutting board. Charming and delicate, this knife is for the simple-but-special things in life: slicing a sandwich to share or turning homemade pasta into strands of tagliatelle.

This makes it an integral part of sandwich preparation and of the brunch table setting, ideally found alongside our Cheese Knife. The knife handles will bring a smile to your face every time you pull out your cutting board. What a Chef's knife is for European kitchens, the Santoku is for Japan and the whole of Asia: so versatile in shape, weight and edge that it can be used for mincing and chopping herbs, vegetables and fruit as well as for preparing fish and meat. The sharp blade of a WÜSTHOF Santoku allows anything from regular to wafer-thin cuts - it is therefore now indispensable in kitchens all around the world. The Pink Himalayan Salt handles will bring a smile to your face every time you pull out your cutting board. I love the color and the blade and the weight and the size. I had in mind a longer blade but this was better than I thought.. Anonymous. Fri May 22 2026
